How to Personalize Your Monogram

1. Size — pick your width (see the size comparison photo). Most porches and entryways use the 24″.
2. Letter — the large split letter, usually your last-name initial.
3. Color — Black, Gold, or Silver powder-coat finish.
4. Custom Text — the name or word across the center banner, up to 15 characters. Most customers use their last name, but any name or word works. Type it exactly as you want it to appear.
5. Preview My Design — click the preview button to see your letter and text before ordering. The banner scales automatically to fit, so longer names just render a little smaller.

Your piece is cut to match the text you submit. Minor design adjustments (spacing, scaling) are handled by our team during production.

Mounting

Mounting holes are built into the corners and edges of the design. Hang it with rust-resistant screws (not included), sized to your wall:

• Wood siding, trim, fence, or studs: screw directly into the wood.
• Vinyl or fiber-cement siding: screw into the wood sheathing or a stud behind it, using exterior screws.
• Brick, stucco, or masonry: drill and use masonry anchors.
• Interior drywall: use wall anchors, or screw into a stud where possible.

These are lightweight sheet-steel pieces — approximate weight: 16″ about 2 lb, 24″ about 4 lb, 30″ about 6 lb, 36″ about 8 lb.

How long until I get it?
Each piece is made to order in 5–7 business days, and most orders arrive within about two weeks. Need it by a specific date? Message us before ordering.

Can I hang it outside?
Yes. It's powder-coated steel and stands up to sun, rain, and snow, indoors or out.

How do I mount it?
Screw holes are built into the corners and edges. Screws aren't included — use rust-resistant screws sized to your wall. For a metal surface, add our Magnetic Wall Mount Kit for a no-drill install.

How heavy is it?
From about 2 lb (16″) up to about 8 lb (36″).

What if I make a typo in my text?
Email us within 24 hours of ordering. If it hasn't gone into production, we'll fix it or cancel it at no charge.

Can I return it?
Because each piece is custom cut, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. If it arrives damaged or not what you ordered, send a photo within 14 days and we'll remake it free.

What if my last name is long?
The banner text scales to fit, so longer names just render a bit smaller (15 characters max).
