Shipping
Every order ships free within the United States.
- Production time: Our signs are made to order. Most pieces are cut, finished, and ready to ship within 5–7 business days.
- Transit: Once your order ships you'll receive tracking by email. Most orders arrive within about two weeks of ordering.
- Where we ship: We ship from our workshop in the USA to all 50 states. For international orders, please contact us before ordering.
- Need it by a certain date? Message us before you order and we'll let you know if we can meet your timeline.
Made-to-Order & Returns
Each item is custom cut with the letter, size, color, and text you choose, so it can't be restocked or resold. Please review your options and the on-screen design preview carefully before checkout.
- Change of mind: Because every piece is personalized, we can't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse.
- Made a typo or chose the wrong option? Email us within 24 hours of ordering. If your piece hasn't entered production yet, we'll remake it with the correct details at no charge, or cancel it for a full refund. After production begins we can't offer a free remake for text errors, but reach out and we'll do what we can.
- Arrived damaged, defective, or not what you ordered? Send a photo to our team within 14 days of delivery and we'll remake and reship your order free. There's no need to send the original back.
Our Craftsmanship Guarantee
Every sign is inspected by hand before it leaves our shop. If a piece arrives with a defect in materials or workmanship, we'll make it right with a free remake.
